As 2024 comes to a close, Fuzed Group celebrates a successful year marked by significant achievements, including a notable solar project in collaboration with Manchester City Football Club & Solar Co. This project, executed by Fuzed Group’s in-house engineers, showcases their commitment to delivering high-quality installations regardless of project size. Here we have some arial footage of the Joie stadium in action.
The project involves the installation of over 10,500 solar panels, aimed at supporting the club’s sustainability goals and transitioning to self-supplied renewable energy. This initiative is part of Manchester City’s broader strategy to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2030.
The solar panel installation is divided into two phases. The first phase focuses on rooftop installations, expected to be completed by the end of 2024, while the second phase which will be delivered by the Fuzed Group will add ground-mounted panels throughout the facility, targeting completion before the end of the 2024/25 season
On a personal note the Fuzed Group has experienced a record year, adhering to their philosophy of delivering the highest quality of installations possible. This commitment has led to several clients securing large tenders, reflecting the company’s reputation for quality work.
