Today, we’re incredibly proud to share that Coreus has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work in the Medium Organisation category for the third year running, and named the national overall winner for employees aged 16–34 across all sectors.

To receive recognition at this level is hugely special, particularly in an industry not always known for putting people first.

Over the last few years, we’ve seen apprentices become leaders, graduates accelerate faster than they thought possible, and brilliant people join us because they wanted something different from traditional consultancy culture.

To now be recognised as the UK’s best workplace for 16–34 year olds shows what’s possible when you genuinely put people first.

Last week, our teams across Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter and London completed a 30 Mile endurance walk in aid of the Coreus Foundation.

This was by far our biggest charity challenge to date. We would like to say a huge thank you to the incredible team of 85 who took on the challenge and to our clients, partners and wider community for their support!

Together, we raised an amazing £10,710, which will make a significant impact in our support of local communities and make a real difference for those in need 💙

ONLY 24 HOURS TO GO! 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Our dedicated team are gearing up for an incredible journey ahead! 85 people across Coreus and C Squared Construct will take on a 30 Mile endurance walk across four regions, setting off bright and early at 5:30am!

In aid of The Coreus Foundation, this challenge is about far more than the miles ahead. It is about coming together as a team to support local communities and make a real difference for those in need.

Constructing Excellence Midlands Awards West WINNERS!

A fantastic night for the team, with success in the People and Culture Award, alongside major recognition for the University of Gloucestershire City Campus project, which secured Retrofit Project of the Year, Building Project of the Year, and the Winner of Winners title.

Winning the People and Culture Award is a standout moment for our team. It reflects our people first approach and reinforces our commitment to being a place where people want to work for and with.

It’s also great to see the University of Gloucestershire City Campus project recognised across three categories. This project represents a significant transformation for Gloucester, carefully reimagining a landmark building into a sustainable, modern educational environment. The sensitive retrofit of the former Debenhams has helped bring new life to the city centre while preserving its historic identity.

These achievements wouldn’t be possible without our partners, clients, and most importantly our team. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey!
