Project completion – Landscore Primary School, Crediton

A comprehensive project delivered on behalf of Arque Ltd across multiple roof areas incorporating both pitched and flat roofing systems with a strong focus on quality, durability and compliance with British standards.

Pitched roofing – Marley
Full strip and renewal of existing coverings followed by the installation of above rafter insulation, breather membrane and new concrete interlocking tiles. Completed with dry fix ridges, hips and verges to ensure long term weatherproofing and ventilation performance.

Flat roofing – Garland UK
All flat roofing works carried out in accordance with Garland specifications finished with a two-layer high performance felt with new skylights to improve natural lighting.

This project required careful coordination across multiple roof interfaces including transitions between pitched and flat roof systems delivering a cohesive and high-quality finish throughout.

Full asbestos slate reroof, safety removing all hazardous materials and installing alwitra single ply membrane on a newly formed valley gutter.

The existing roof was close boarded, so we've added counter battening to ensure proper ventilation and delivering a safe, fully compliant roof built to last.

Our team have started roofing works in Thornbury replacing existing roof coverings with new high performance concrete interlocking tile complete with full Permavent Ltd system for ventilation.
