A Saturday afternoon call out to a lovely couple in Heavitree today after reporting their electrics were tripping. They called another company around 8AM after the fault, who sadly didn't show. A quick call to us at Dragon Light and Power Ltd, and within 30 minutes, we were fault finding, fixing, and providing 5 star service!
A previous hot tub supply in the garden was left with exposed wiring, causing a short circuit after water had made its way into the enclosure. We replaced this dangerous install with a new outdoor socket, designed for the environment, to allow continued, and safe use of power in the garden.
