This was our last boiler of 2024! Far from straight forward, took out a 60kw commercial system boiler on a large listed building being split into sections.
Installed a Viessmann 100-w 35kw combination boiler. Plate loaded to protect the boiler and keep the heating circuit open vent as there is a lot of existing old pipework and cast iron column radiators.

Complete re-plumb on this house renovation, undergoing a double story extension. All radiators replaced throughout the property, system flushed with
