The beginning

Switched On Electrical came about in August 2016, I knew that I wanted to be my own boss so started putting the wheels in motion. It’s a scary thought jumping from a regular income to potentially very little income for the foreseable. I put off the move until April 2018. The time between was spent working on the books and sub contracting, building my knowledge and experience. I was very busy at home also as my son and daughter were born during this time!

Without sounding cliche I believe that customer satisfaction is the priority, at this early stage I cannot afford any unsatisified customers, as a bad reputation spreads much faster than a good one!!

I feel it is important to visit sites for estimating purposes as it benefits both me and you the customer. I can suggest alternatives that you may not have considered and it gives me a better idea of what work is involved. This should lead to a more accurate estimate.

I carry out work efficeintly and safely, adapting as the job progresses and doing my best to meet your specification. When I leave your house I want you to be 100% satisfied and confident to recommend me, if asked by friends, family, neighbours, colleagues, strangers on the street, parents at the school gates, your mums best friends cousin or anyne else you might come across. :)
