Ludlow Radio Car Club Welcome to LRCC page Ludlow Radio Car Club was formed in 1989 by a small group of enthusiasts for the enjoyment of the sport.

The Shropshire based radio controlled car club promotes the fun side of racing but with all the back up of computer lap counting even on club nights. This allows the true racer to push himself to the limits and the younger inexperienced drivers to learn how it's done without all the pressures and expense of weekend racing. The club races 1/10th scale electric off road buggies and trucks outdoors M

ay to September. Indoors during the winter we cater for 1/10th rally cross scale saloons and buggies. We race outdoors on grass and indoors on a polished floor in the winter months. Come along and try it out 7pm every Tuesday Night. Outdoor postcode SY8 1EE and we race down the side of the rugby club building. (May to September)

We race at Ludlow School on a wooden floor.
We race 4wd buggies and 4wd ftx rally cross.
Doors as always open from 6.30pm
Here is what to expect
Don’t forget any plug in electrical equipment will need to be pat tested before they can be used on school property ! We will have the equipment to do this on site so go along to race control on arrival for more information 🤙

Great evening’s racing down at Ludlow Car Club, the slightly earlier time and less heats definitely helped the incoming autumn darkness. Good open track, well attended again.
Congratulations to our young driver Tom who took on the big guys and beat them, winning the A main trucks 👏👏
Next week is our last outdoors before we go back inside, more information on that to come.

‼️ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

As it’s getting darker in the evenings we have decided to start racing a little earlier

By that we mean gates will be open from 6pm
Booking in 6.30pm
Heat 1 on the line 7pm

We will run as normal 3 rounds of qualifying and finals as normal but we will have 2 heats of trucks and 1 of buggies.
