Often I send out a structural package and never hear anything back.
In fact, I once drove past a property months later and saw the extension fully built. I hadn't received a single question, comment, or request for clarification.
To me, that's the ideal outcome.
A structural package should contain everything needed to build with confidence. If the drawings are clear, complete, and easy to follow, there shouldn't be a constant stream of queries.
It's not just easier for my clients and contractors - it's easier for me too.
That's always my goal: to produce a package that answers the questions before they're ever asked.
