This scheme has a special agreement with MDDC that applicants are prioritised for selection if they have a direct connection to the village, such as family or work.

A Change of Use project recently completed for one of our long standing clients, Commercial premises to residential dwelling. This old drawing office had a full interior and exterior refurbishment converting a once dreary hidden building into a lovely three bedroom home in the sought after centre of Topsham. The works involved various internal alterations and full conversion of the loft space into additional bedroom & en-suite bathroom.

The Barn Conversion we designed in Umberleigh is nearly complete and looking fantastic. Once the external works are finished this will be a lovely home set into the North Devon Landscape. The team @ SDG Carpentry and Building Contractors Ltd have completed the works to the highest standards working alongside the clients. A job well done to all the team involved through the last years challenging working conditions.
