I recently finished this Polypod with my brothers for . It's my cross between a polytunnel and a greenhouse using rigid twin wall polycarbonate and all local timber.

I love the look of the curved walls and the redesigned laminated arches.

This version features full length ventilation where the walls meet the beds, temperature responsive apex vents and 8 meters of potting benches.

Today is the 4th anniversary of when I met my Wife, she's been a rock and a joy, especially in these crazy times and I've never felt such love and care before. Our days are filled with such laughter and that's all I could wish for.

I forged this silver moon as a gift for her to mark the occasion and I'm quite pleased with how it turned out! I may start making some more small items from silver and making them available to you. Watch this space!

Yesterday was an epic day! The extremely talented came to install her magnificent creation into the library wagon!
It's literally brought it to life, fitting windows will do that to a structure, it's like adding eyes, all of a sudden its no longer hollow, it has a personality.

Ten years ago today I built this, the first Pod.

Birthing her was the beginning of a journey that still enthralls and inspires me to this day.
Finding my niche as a craftsman and having the opportunity to intertwine my love of offgrid living, sculptural structures and elements of traditional boat building has enabled me to find something I truly love doing and that also sustains me. I feel very blessed and I can't wait to see what I get to build over the next ten years!
