D J Cutting General Builders Established builder since 1996. Member of 'Buy With Confidence'. We are a small family run business based in the Exeter area. Run by Dave and Denise Cutting.

We undertake all aspects of domestic improvements and repairs, ranging from structural alterations to extensions. We are a long established local building company. We pride ourselves in completing one contract at a time and Dave is on site every day. We will undertake wall and floor tiling, plastering, carpentry, structural alterations, extensions, garage/loft conversions, replacement windows, fas

cias and guttering. Quotations & Pricing Policy

At DJ Cutting General Builders, we are happy to provide an initial quotation completely free of charge. Please note:

• If you require multiple quotes, revisions, or a fully itemised breakdown into separate elements, this will be subject to an additional fee, which will be discussed upon request.
• If you are requesting a quotation for a property you do not own, a charge of £100 + VAT will apply. This fee will be deducted from the cost of any future work carried out by DJ Cutting General Builders. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch — we’re always happy to help.
