New Crittall Steel Windows at St Mary's Church in Looe, Cornwall ⛪
We recently worked with Westcountry Maintenance Services - WMS to refurbish and replace the badly corroded Crittall windows at St Mary’s Church in Looe, a Grade II listed building with a history dating back to the 15th century.
The project included new double-glazed Crittall windows finished with a marine specification powder coating to provide enhanced protection in the coastal environment. We also supplied bespoke fleur-de-lis-shaped units, glazed directly into the stonework to retain the building’s distinctive historic character.
A great example of how genuine Crittall windows can combine traditional design with modern performance, even in sensitive heritage settings.
