I highly recommend Simon Cleaver ⁩for any energy efficiency and EPC’ s related issues.
He just completed a fully funded project on one of my properties with a low E EPC. Project included solar panels+storage and panel heaters .
We now have a brand new EPC -C69 valid for 10 years!
Simon will be with us this Thursday at the Property Chats -Exeter.
