As stated within the NPPF, the Design Review Panel's feedback is a material consideration for

local authorities and the planning inspectorate. The Design Review Panel provides its services directly to applicants as well as to local authorities. The Design Review Panel (DRP) is proven to raise design standards and help to speed up and de-risk the planning process. The Design Review Panel reviews development projects from all localities across England from. We provide independent, multi-disciplinary, expert advice - a candid friend, supporting whenever we can, seeking explanations, discussing options, identifying opportunities.
