We picked the perfect day for our photoshoot at our completed project in the centre of Exeter. The cedar cladding adds a rustic yet modern twist to this contemporary extension. This juxtaposition is repeated throughout the build by using lime render and a traditional kitchen style and a minimalist gas fireplace and sleek concrete shelf. Opening the bifolding doors and stepping into the sunny garden, it’s easy to forget you’re in the middle of Exeter!

Our refurbishment project in Exeter is coming along very nicely! The EWI will keep this house cosy in winter and cool in summer. The triple glazed windows look fantastic, keep the noise out and help maintain a comfortable temperature all year round. We achieved an amazing air permeability result of 1.54 on this build - well done team! .architecture

Our adventure began ten years ago in 2015, when we boldly swapped our corporate jobs in London for the wild Devon countryside. Picture this: two young kids, a house with a vineyard, a lot of land, and buildings that had seen better days. Our dream? To transform this charming chaos into a one-of-a-kind wedding venue. Brickhouse Vineyard is more than just a business; it’s our family home and lifelong passion. Every corner of this venue is infused with love and dedication. We lovingly transformed a Grade II* listed house, the Threshing Barn, the picturesque Round House, and a beautiful vineyard into the haven it is today.
