A stunning development, topped off with beautiful Brazilian slate, hook-fixed for that timeless finish.

Roof Rescue! 🏠🔨

A lovely re-roof for a great couple in Colyford, after they’d been having issues with their previous roofer.

We stripped it back and gave the roof a complete makeover, including full ventilation and work fully compliant with Building Regulations.

Finished with beautiful new Rivendale slate and an Armourplan single-ply valley.

Another roof rescued and another happy customer! 🙌.

Another fantastic project completed in Budleigh Salterton. 👏

Working alongside CW Build and Inex Design, we’re proud to have completed the roofing package for this impressive refurbishment and extension.

The project included:

🏠 New breather membrane
🏠 Graded battens
🏠 Marley Acme Mixed Brindle clay plain tiles
🏠 New warm valleys
🏠 Flat roofs finished with Armourplan single-ply membrane, backed by a 25-year warranty

A complete strip and relay of this slate roof, with all existing slates and ridge tiles carefully removed and retained for reuse. We installed new breathable felt, counter battens, battens, and lead valleys before re-fixing the slates and fitting a dry-fix ventilated ridge system. The project was finished with new PPC aluminium gutters, manufactured to match the original style and preserve the property’s character. A great result that combines traditional materials with modern roofing systems.

J Goodfellow Roofing is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team.

🔨 No experience needed – full training provided
📍 Location: Sowton area (7:00am starts – must be able to get there)
🧗 Work involves working at height
🚗 Driving licence helpful but not essential

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Turns up on time and is dependable
✔ Has a good attitude and is willing to learn
✔ Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather

In return, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, learn a skilled trade, and be part of a great team.
