Teamwork, Safety & Celebrating Success at Atlantes Landscapes
Our monthly team meeting is always a great opportunity to come together, reflect on the month, recognise achievements and, most importantly, keep learning.
This month, we held a Toolbox Talk on Asbestos Safety, covering how to recognise potential asbestos-containing materials, where we are most likely to encounter them on landscaping and construction sites, the importance of never disturbing suspected asbestos, and the correct procedures for stopping work and reporting concerns. Safety always comes first.
Employee of the Month – Nick
A big congratulations to Nick, our Employee of the Month! His productivity, excellent attendance and punctuality, positive attitude and willingness to support his colleagues make him a fantastic team player. Well deserved, Nick!
Recognising the whole team
July brought some seriously challenging conditions, with extreme heat across the country. We took the opportunity to recognise every member of our team for their hard work, professionalism and commitment throughout the month. Working outdoors in those temperatures is not easy, and the way the team continued to deliver to such a high standard is something we are very proud of.
Celebrating great design
We also took a moment to celebrate the successful completion of one of our latest projects, beautifully designed by Cameron.
The design brings together strong architectural lines and carefully considered planting and natural materials. From the initial concept through to construction, the project demonstrates how thoughtful garden design can transform an outdoor space into something both functional and genuinely special.
A huge thank you to the entire team for the hard work behind the scenes — from design and construction to planting and finishing touches. Great projects are always the result of great teamwork.
