Another one of our beautiful builds.
Our usual spec of build ,Air tight,MVHR,Air source heat pumps,Underfloor heating and top spec aluminium windows and doors.
We really enjoyed this part Q build with such beautiful surroundings.
Great job innate team.

We haven’t posted for a while but here’s another complete house nearly finished.
Passive house ,should be Bill free other that water and council tax.
Air source heat pump,solar and a heap load of insulation,obviously air tight.
Nice little project.

Another job complete.
This grade 1 listed building in Topshom has been leaking water on the roof for nearly 5 years.
It’s been hard graft being 5 floors up but with IN8 redesigning the roof we have now repaired all water damage and is water tight.
ALWITRA single ply roof covering.

Another barn conversion complete.
Really happy with how this turned out with the state the barn was in.
Great clients to work for and although the beginning of the project was pretty hard going trying to save this barn ,cleaning every brick to replace.
The contract ended up very enjoyable.
Especially seeing the finished product.
