4 years ago, a social housing provider in London was receiving about 300 complaints a year from tenants complaining about condensation and black spot mould in their apartments.

The provider listened to these concerns, and acted upon them, using an internal SprayCork coating to improve the thermal performance of the apartment block, and the lives of their tenants.

Four years on and the complaints for condensation and mould have stopped.
