😳😲 FALLING VERGE 😔😤

We had a call today to urgently attend a property due to some dangerous verge detail ❌

Unfortunately these verge caps was installed incorrectly by a cowboy 🤠😱

The weight of these caps including the timbers that came away with them could of caused serious injuries and so our engineer removed them safely including all loose debris.

We noticed the hopper head was also blocked with leaves so unblocked that too 🤫🤭

The tenant was over the moon as their grandchildren was due home from school and the winds was picking up 💨

As a friendly local roofing specialist we did not charge for our time instead we wished them a lovely evening and left with a smile 😬

We are aware of salesman offering insulation services that ruins your roof structure!

They will tell you it’s a breathable product and the best on the market but please be aware that in most cases it is not!

Take a look at the photos of this roof 🤦🏻‍♂️ all the roof structure had to be completely replaced. ☠️
