- ceilings strapped, plaster boarded and Ames taped to remove the artex look
- walls plastered
- media wall constructed
- kitchen replaced
- floor fully screeded and LVT herringbone laid
- all wood work replaced
- new doors and radiators fitted
- electrics upgraded including new black sockets/switches and new spotlights

Part 2 of a full house renovation project we’ve recently completed 🏠 🔨

- media wall installed in the longe
- wall under stairs knocked through to include outdoor coal storage area into hall space
- stairs completely renovated including new handrail, base rail, spindles and stringers cladded to give a fresh appearance
- new doors and woodwork throughout the hall and lounge
- engineered herringbone flooring fitted in the hall and lounge
- slat wall panelling installed at the top of the stairs as a feature wall and around the meter box
- electrics upgraded
- new radiator installed
- new back door fitted
- fully plastered and decorated

- new kitchen fully installed
- wall between kitchen and dinning room knocked through to create an open plan space
- door in to lounge enlarged to allow for a bi-fold door to be installed
- engineered herringbone flooring laid
- new woodwork and doors fitted
- fully rewired
- new radiator installed
- room fully plastered and decorated
