Part 2/ Full downstairs renovation/remodelling job.

- Supporting wall between kitchen and dinning room knocked down to allow for a much bigger open plan kitchen with steel beam installed

- Hallway created at the entrance of the property and a new dinning room created adjacent

- New installed

- New W/C installed with bespoke worktop design

- Electrics re-done with new down lights throughout the downstairs

- New anthracite radiators installed throughout downstairs

- Ceiling’s re-strapped and sheeted

- Walls and ceiling’s Ames taped or plastered throughout downstairs

- All woodwork renewed and stunning LPG black doors fitted

- New laminate flooring running through the full downstairs

House now completely unrecognisable 🔥
