After 29 years in the trade, the time has come to move on to pastures new. Since the ripe old age of 17 I have been plying my trade, firstly with Home Protection Services with a huge thank you to my dad Wallace and friend Alex Scott for starting my journey. I then moved onto a sole traders role before opening Alexander Joinery Ltd and last but not least G.Alexander Carpentry & Joinery. Having worked with some amazing people, built some lovely friendships with customers and with every strike of my hammer treated my customers homes as I would my own. I thank everyone so much for all the love and support over the years! In what has been an extremely difficult decision , I will be closing G Alexander Carpentry & Joinery with immediate effect. The bones are starting to creak and after a recent interview I have been offered a permanent full time position in Forth Valley College as a lecturer; an opportunity I can't turn down, and one that is right for my long term future. I would also like to thank Gordon Weir who has been a huge part in opening the pathway to further my career and last but not least my partner Amanda and my 3 amazing boys. Love to everyone....it's time to drop the microphone!
