Downstairs WC Transformation: In The Works 🛠️

Proper preparation is where high-end finishes start. We’re currently setting up this compact under-stairs downstairs toilet, turning a tight footprint into a sleek, high-spec feature room.

The Prep & Frame:
Custom timber studwork to house a concealed wall-hung cistern frame

Built-in recessed alcove shelf positioned directly above the box-out for integrated display space

Precise plumbing & electrical rough-ins for a clean wall-mounted tap set and back-lit LED mirror

Boarded, squared, and leveled surfaces prepped for priming and tile installation

The Tile Vision:
We are pairing large-format stone-effect porcelain with a striking fluted/slatted feature wall to add depth, warm organic tone, and rich texture to the space.
Keep an eye out for the finished reveal—this one is going to be sharp!
