First day of first fixing this listed property in Veryan.

Complete strip out of all existing systems and Pipework then a full re-plumb of the property to meet new standards and requirements from the client.

Near completion on this latest plant room serving a campsite shower block in helston.

400 litre indirect hot water cylinder.

Hot water and cold mains manifolded to each section of the shower block with the option of using well water for toilet flushing.

All Pipework installed with press fit copper and fully insulated with armaflex insulation to create a V***r tight seal.

Will update with photos when it’s all finished and commissioned.

Finishing touches on this big renovation of five bathroom suites in a stunning property, over looking Mawgan Porth beach.

Working alongside Rush Construction all bathrooms were taken back to walls and studs, completely re-plumbed to suit new layouts and bathroom fixtures and then finished to the highest standards with each bathroom having its own unique style.

Really enjoyed this one.

We’re Hiring!!!
We are looking for a new plumbing and heating engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and heating systems in residential, commercial and new build environments.

Duties will include first fixing systems using various installation materials; second fixing bathrooms, heating systems and plant rooms; boiler servicing, breakdowns and installations; central Heating upgrades and swaps, Air source heat pump installations and various other plumbing installs.

The job will vary across all of these rather than just being focussed on one.

Requirements:
-Gas ACS certificate in competence for domestic gas installations
-Proven Experiance of ability to work across all plumbing installations
-Strong understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and safety procedures
-Proficiency in installation plumbing and heating systems to time schedules and plans
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary negotiable for the right person

Recent Plant room completed on a new build local to Falmouth.

This install included a Grant Aerona 10kw heat pump supplying hot water, ground floor - underfloor heating and a first floor - radiator set.

NEW BATHROOM!

Recent completion on this great bathroom refurbishment.

Compared to how this room looked a week a go, the results from a two week turn around are incredible (thanks to a hard working team)

This job consisted of firstly removing all the existing bathroom suite, tiles and plumbing; making good of some fairly wobbly walls with new moisture board and window reveals; fresh plaster and tiles on the walls and floor; all new pipe work to suit a new desired layout; new cill and skirting boards; painted and of course a new modern bathroom suite.

All of this job was carried out completely In-house from a great, hardworking team of which enabled the project to run smoothly with minimal down time or hold ups, something we are fortunate enough to be able to offer to our customers!

All in all a great project to do!
