It's been a while, so here is a Boiler installation in Stubbington.

We were asked to replace the old appliance.

However when surveying the job, our Customer pointed out that two of the Radiators never worked properly, one never satisfied the heating requirements of the Room it was in and the Hallway was always cold.

So we proceeded to rectify the issues we found and upgraded the heating system.

Another very happy Customer for us and I'm very pleased with the quality of the installation that our installer has carried out.

We have completed another Hot Water Storage Vessel installation today in Hill Head.

This is part of a completely new plumbing and heating installation in a full house refurbishment.

Underfloor heating installation completed at one of our projects. We have incorporated two system in this property.
Omnie Screed plate system on the Ground floor and TorFloor on the first floor.

Finished this installation in Hillhead today.
This is part of a full house refurbishment we are currently involved in.

The installation incorporates a Softened water to protect the Mechanical installation from Limescale.

We have installed separate Domestic isolation in to the Property.

Also we have installed a Mains Accumulator and Booster to significantly improve the System performance, due to poor Flow rates coming into the Property.

Now the fun task of Lagging these pipes!

Sorry we have been quiet on here for a while. Due to the volume of work we have had we haven't found time to upload any work.

So on that note I thought we would load up a job that is a little bit different.

This job consisted of some standard maintenance, including changing a 200L expansion vessel.

We repaired a damaged pipe externally in the ground for the heating array. This was done by using Electrofusion welding.

We also installed a Secondary hot water return loop. However the Hot water is from a 1500L Thermal Store which is heated via a Ground Source heat pump.

Also we installed a motorised valve to divert the Hot water when necessary to a 'Bowman' tube heat exchanger which boosts the home Spa.

A shower pump installed this morning in Whiteley. With a new surface mounted Mira shower.

This was on an 'Open vented' system so our lovely customers can have a proper shower!

Following on from our post a couple of weeks ago, here is the complete 80mm pipe circuit.
This has been part of a larger project to facilitate planned future growth.
