From Conservatory to Contemporary Family Space

Our client wanted to replace their old conservatory with a light-filled extension that would enhance their family life. The result? A stunning open-plan kitchen/diner—perfect for spending more time together.

With aluminium bi-fold doors and three Velux windows, the new space is bathed in natural light, creating a welcoming, practical space that the whole family can enjoy.

The kitchen now sits within the extension, allowing us to add a matching utility room next door—keeping the main family room modern and clutter-free. More room, more light, and much more usable space as a family home.

This sleek kitchen features a black handleless rail system from , paired with a quartz worktop and integrated appliances for a streamlined look.

We removed a load-bearing wall to create space for a central island — the heart of the kitchen — and added twin bi-fold doors to flood the space with natural light.

We’ve been busy transforming this home from top to bottom — and we mean every inch!

We completed a stunning single and double-storey extension in Lee-on-the-Solent. As part of the project, we replaced the soffit, fascia, and cladding on all of the existing dormers, ensuring everything blends seamlessly with the new extensions. We also installed black aluminium sliding doors with integrated blinds from and a lantern, which was hidden behind a parapet wall, adding both style and functionality. For the guttering, our clients chose a black steel option from .uk which is not only incredibly durable, but also maintenance-free. One of the standout features of this project is the contemporary glazed balcony, perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking views. Housing a large single pane of glass, it offers an uninterrupted view, while the composite cladding ensures minimal upkeep. We’re thrilled with how this project turned out.

Our clients wanted to add more space to the front of their property with the addition of a double-storey extension. With the new additional space we transformed their modest box room to a spacious double bedroom, as well as a combined WC and Utility room downstairs. We added more character to the front of the property with the installation of a porch and new composite door, updated their existing windows with new energy efficient UPVc glazing, and finally, added colour matched cladding for a seamless overall finish.

We completed this single storey side extension and porch with a partial garage conversion, including a full ground floor re-model, for one of our clients in Fareham.

This extension benefitted from a large vaulted ceiling to give the illusion of space and to maximise light with the installation of Velux windows, as well as the large aluminium bi-fold doors. The sub-structure was fun to navigate as it was a complicated install, but the end result was this amazing open-plan living space.

The client chose their own unique kitchen from KütchenHaus, choosing a bold colour with contrasting wall units in a warm oak finish. Mixing materials and finishes for a contemporary and timeless look. We think it looks great!

Here is a project we completed at the start of the year. The existing roof was nearing the end of its life and was in need of a full roof strip. This included replacing the felt, batons and lead work. New clay tiles were installed, which are slightly more expensive than a standard concrete tile, but in return have a much nicer finish. They last longer too!

This project was a little bit different for us; we were given the opportunity to transform a commercial unit and prepare it for the rental market for our client. We removed some internal walls, repurposed some glass partitioning as well as electrical alterations, plastering and decorating. This is all ready for a new epoxy resin floor to be installed.
