a concrete base is not needed but can be installed as an extra
floors are DPM then 6 x 2 treated timbers then 18mil chipboard flooring
walls are 4 x 2 treated timbers
roof joists are 6 x 2 treated timbers and then furring pieces 3 to nothing 18 m OSB then EPDM rubber roof covering and trims and gutter

once the walls are erected they are wrapped in a breathable membrane on the outside and electric first fix. on the inside insulated walls and roof, then a vaper barrier is installed and plasterboard and then plastered
once plastered second fix sockets and lights and armour cable to your consumer unit
doors and window are UPVC double glazed
