A smart redesign to improve layout, flow, and overall use of space.

We removed part of the existing utility to open up the room and create a more practical, streamlined layout. A false ceiling was formed to allow for a flush-fitting ceiling extractor fan, giving a clean and seamless finish.

Two new base units and worktops were installed, along with additional shelving for improved storage. To complete the space, a bespoke cupboard was custom-built to neatly enclose the fuse board — maintaining full access while delivering a polished, cohesive look.

A refined upgrade designed to completely elevate the space — without the cost of a full kitchen replacement.

I carefully removed the existing end panels, worktops, cornice and plinths, replacing them with beautifully finished new end panels, sleek worktops, and matching plinths. A stunning new ceramic sink was installed, and grooved wall panelling fitted throughout to create a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

By retaining the original units, I delivered a sophisticated, high-end finish while keeping the project cost-effective for the client.

The result is a stylish, refreshed kitchen with a premium feel and an exceptional overall outcome.
