Groundworker / Remediation Operative
Location: Head Office – Farnham, Surrey
Work Area: UK-wide travel required
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Salary: (£25,000.00 - £34,000.00 depending on experience)
Join Our Growing Team.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker / Remediation Operative to join our expanding remediation team. Based from our head office in Farnham, you will travel to sites across the UK carrying out specialist remediation and groundworks.
No previous remediation experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, experience in construction, groundworks, building, or a similar hands-on trade would be desirable.
The Role
Duties will include:
Carrying out remediation and groundworks on sites across the UK.
Undertake excavation and reinstatement works.
Assisting with contamination remediation projects.
Operating equipment and tools safely in line with company procedures.
Working collaboratively with a site team.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety and a clean/organised work environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Willing to travel throughout the UK and occasionally stay away from home when required.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Keen to learn new skills.
Experienced in general building or construction work (preferred but not essential).
Full UK driving License (essential) – company vehicle provided
