We are delighted to have received planning permission yesterday for the er****on of 4 x four bed detached dwellings in Haslemere, one of our key schemes which we will implement this year.
The dwellings will take on a barn type appearance with contemporary elements and will enjoy views across open countryside. The scheme will deliver high quality accommodation in an attractive and sustainable location.
The proposal received resounding support from Waverley Planning Officers, Haslemere Town Council and the Surrey Hills AONB Adviser. It was concluded that the scheme would assimilate well into its setting to conserve and enhance the wider landscape character of the AONB, AGLV and Halsemere Special Green Area.
Thanks to Darren at Lytle Associates Architects, using a design and landscape led scheme, the proposal successfully balances a sensitive approach with a high quality finish, achieving open plan living, plentiful rear garden space and sunlight levels.
