🚨 Incoming Mains Water Leak – Emergency Repair 🚨

Another emergency call out after a customer discovered a leak on their incoming mains water supply.

🔧 After investigating the existing installation, we found the leak was being caused by a cracked internal component within the original incoming mains fitting.

The damaged fitting was removed and the incoming supply was carefully reworked, including:

✅ New incoming mains connection
✅ New copper pipework
✅ New stop tap
✅ New fittings and connections
✅ System pressure tested
✅ Full leak check before leaving

The system was left fully operational and leak-free. 💧

We were called late last night after a customer accidentally drilled through the floor and hit a heating pipe, damaging the second one in the process. Not an ideal situation, especially after hours!

Our team arrived quickly, isolated the issue, repaired both damaged pipes, and had the heating system back up and running the same night. 🔧🔥
