We've done some tricky deliveries, but this one had us properly nervous.

Terraced house, no access from the side or back... so the only option was a crane lift straight over the neighbouring rooftops. Watching one of our buildings hang in the air above millions of pounds worth of houses is not something you get used to.
Randalls Crane Hire made it look easy. 25 minutes, spot on placement, not a scratch anywhere.
Genuinely one of the best jobs we've been involved with. More of this, please. šŸ‘€šŸ—ļø

Down the alley, up the stairs, behind the fences… and not a scratch in sight.

Another XPandaStore installed where most buildings simply wouldn’t go. 🐼

Got questions about the Insulated XPandaStore?

We’ve answered the ones we hear most often... bases, height, insulation, planning, door size, and special order options.

Simple, practical, and hopefully useful.

This 6m x 2.1m Insulated XPandaStore is a great example of how flexible these buildings can be.

It’s made up of a 4m unit with a kiosk hatch, linked to an additional 2m section on the side, giving the customer a secure and weatherproof space that can evolve over time.

For now, it’ll be used for storage, keeping everything dry, safe and out of the way. But the long-term plan is much more interesting. Once it’s set up properly, this building will become a space for hosting, music, DJ setups, garden parties and all the fun stuff that makes having extra space genuinely useful.

That’s what we love about these projects. They don’t have to be just one thing forever. They can start as practical storage and later become something completely different.

More Than Just A Store.

Not every building ends up storing boxes...

Over the years we've seen our customers create:

šŸš‚ Model railway rooms
šŸ›  Workshops
šŸ‹ļø Garden gyms
šŸŽø Music studios
šŸ Motorcycle garages
šŸ„ Mushroom farms

And that's exactly why we love what we do. No two projects are ever the same!

So... what would you do with yours?

Finally, we've got the greys!!

We're super excited to announce that Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) Insulated XPandaStores have officially joined our product range, and they've quickly become some of our favourite-looking buildings yet.

Whilst they make excellent storage buildings, we've seen customers use them for all sorts of applications, including:

šŸ”‹ Solar battery storage
šŸ›  Workshops and maintenance stores
🚜 Agricultural equipment storage
šŸ“¦ Business stock rooms
šŸ• Kennels and animal facilities
šŸ Motorcycle and vehicle storage
šŸ”„ Saunas and wellness rooms
🌱 Garden machinery stores

The insulated panels help regulate temperatures throughout the year whilst reducing condensation, making them suitable for far more than just keeping things dry.

And let's be honest... they look pretty smart in grey too.

Available in a range of sizes and configurations.

Definitely not your average Insulated XPandaStore…

This insulated XPandaStore has been fitted out as a seriously impressive battery storage hub, taking power from solar panels and storing electricity neatly and efficiently all in one place.

Inside is a full setup including battery storage, inverter systems and monitoring equipment, with additional ventilation added to help manage heat build-up and keep everything running as it should.

One of the big benefits of using an insulated unit for something like this is keeping sensitive equipment protected from the elements while maintaining a more controlled environment.

We always enjoy seeing the different ways customers put our buildings to use, and this one’s definitely up there with the cleverest šŸ‘€

Proof that an XPandaStore can be a lot more than just storage.

The temperature’s rising… although not so much inside our Insulated XPandaStores.

Perfect for storing perishable goods, garden equipment, or if you fancy a posh shed.

Here’s one we installed the other day with the door in the long side. Normally, we manufacture these with the door in the short side, but give us enough notice and we can put the door pretty much wherever you need it.

These units are now available in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), videos to follow soon to show off the new colour!

We don’t always shout about the people behind the scenes, but this one’s well overdue…

A big thank you to Mark and Nick.

Mark’s our delivery driver, installer, yard manager and somehow nails all three. He’s also picked up the nickname ā€œMonkey Boyā€ā€¦ mainly because if there’s anything that needs doing on a roof, he’s already halfway up it before you’ve even found the ladder.

Nick, our go-to ad-hoc installer, has been alongside us on more jobs than we can count. Around here he’s known as ā€œNick the Ladderā€, mostly because at his height, he rarely needs one.

Between them, there’s not much about a flat pack Panda Building they don’t know.

What really stands out though is what customers say. We get so many messages after installs mentioning them both, how helpful they were, how professional, and just how easy they made the whole process. That sort of feedback never gets old, and it says everything about the way they go about their work.

They’re a huge part of what we do, and genuinely great people to have on the team.

Appreciate you both šŸ™Œ

Most people only ever see our buildings once they’re fully installed… which is kind of the point.

But before that stage, they look a bit different.

This short clip shows three of our buildings stacked on top of each other during transport. Is it the most thrilling thing you’ll see today? Probably not. But it is quite interesting.

Our flatpack design means we can safely stack up to 10 buildings on a single lorry without damaging the one at the bottom.

See the heavy-duty brackets at the base? That’s the clever bit. Those brackets are designed to take the full load of the stack above them. In a stack of ten, the bottom unit is carrying over 3 tonnes of weight through that bracket alone.

Pretty impressive engineering for something that eventually turns into a tidy little building in someone’s garden or workplace.
