A fresh rethink for this Walthamstow home! With planning approval now in, we’ve moved into technical design, but here’s a quick peek at what’s coming.

We’ve added a new front extension and pulled the elevations together with cleaner lines and a tighter material palette. The zinc entrance canopy gives the house a clear, welcoming arrival, and with off white render, Pigmento Green zinc and those bright yellow frames, everything feels brighter, calmer and more contemporary.

The planning officer even called it “a fresh and interesting design which is high quality and has the potential to set an enhanced precedent for further development in this location.” We’ll take that!

Swipe for the before/after and plans — amazing what a few well judged moves can do.

We’re excited to share our latest residential proposal on the outskirts of Faversham — a thoughtfully designed, modern Kentish farmstead featuring a replacement dwelling and two new high‑quality homes.

The scheme blends traditional rural character with contemporary detailing and robust sustainability measures, creating a sensitive, contextual development that enhances the site and its surroundings.

Here’s a little peek at what we’ve been working on this week!

We’re really excited about our plans for a new contemporary family home in Tadworth, replacing an old 1960s house. Like the original, the new home is set back from the road, keeping the mature front garden and fitting in nicely with the surrounding homes—adding to the charm of this leafy street.

Inside, there’s a welcoming hallway, a home office, cosy snug, and a bright open-plan kitchen/dining area that opens onto a big north-facing garden. Upstairs, three good-sized bedrooms and a flexible master suite—with a dressing area that could easily become a fourth bedroom—give plenty of comfort and room to grow.

A modern home that feels perfectly at ease in its surroundings—an inspiring addition to Tadworth’s residential landscape.

We’re excited to share that our single-storey extension and infill for a Grade II listed home in Canterbury has received approved for both Planning and Listed Building consent and works have started onsite!

The design replaces the existing rear extension, replicating the original form to respect the historic character of the property, while introducing large modern glazing to bring in light and openness. By keeping the extension subservient in massing, the original building remains the star of the show, seamlessly connected to contemporary living.

We are 5!

This week marks our 5th anniversary in business — a huge milestone we couldn’t have reached without our amazing clients, collaborators, and supporters.

A big shoutout to the dream team I have the pleasure to work alongside, Chris Palmar, William Sparkes and Daisy Dunigan, all for being part of the journey so far.

Here’s to many more years to come!

We celebrated the only way we know how, with cake, of course…!!

Thanks again to everyone who’s been part of our story so far…

What a beautiful, sunny Saturday for a special celebration!

We had such a great time last weekend at the Faversham Strike Force Football Club awards ceremony.

We’re incredibly proud to sponsor the Under 7 Lionesses, and it was fantastic to see them being recognised for their dedication to girls’ grassroots football. It was equally inspiring to cheer on all the other teams celebrating their talent, teamwork, and unwavering spirit.

Big thanks to our friend and awesome photographer for taking some fantastic shots of his own!!

Congratulations to all the girls and boys – you’re all stars!
