Multiple lead soakers replaced that were missing and a few slates replaced like for like.

An old lead bay window which had failed with multiple splits in replaced today

With torch on bitumen multiple layer system fitted accordingly. And an extra course of tiles fitted as eaves.

A recent re roof we have carried out along the A2

Scaffolding erected,
Tiles striped
99% of the foam removed from in-between the rafters!
New felt and batten applied accordingly
Existing tiles put back on.
Dry rigde system fitted
Dry verge system fitted

Replaced with new uvpc black facia and white soffit.
