A huge job tackled over in Kesgrave.

The homeowners of this property had recently moved in and the house had been neglected for some time. We spoke briefly about a few different options and the gold option was the right choice.

- A full low pressure Steam Clean (perfect for the terracotta tiles)
- Biocide application (to remove the remaining organic stains)
- Mess removed from site
- Full gutter clearance and check
- Fascia’s, soffits and gutter scrubbed and finished by hand
- Windows, Skylights and solar panels spotless cleaned
- RainX applied on glass to allow easier maintenance cleans
- Patio Clean
- Brickwork Steam cleaned

This property is a flagship home and since it’s had the full gold package, everything is looking perfect, functioning properly and easily maintainable.

We cleaned Trevor Humphreys roof near on three years ago one of our first ever roof cleans and as you can see his roof is starting to get tired! So we popped round to treat it to keep it looking clean! Here’s some of the footage that we took at the time too!

Roof, walls and windows. All cleaned, the owner said ‘the house looks like it’s been freshly painted’. That’s what I like.

Another heritage property protected. All the moss removed safely with plastic scrapers and brushes. Then treated afterwards to prevent the moss from coming back.

Believe it or not the badly affected side of the roof had tiles that were only 25 years ago. Due to the blanket of moss that had grown, some of the tiles were already deteriorating.

I saw 2 main things
- Frosting and tiles flaking from moss freezing and thawing.
- Moss making its way under the tiles and cracking them.

This listed property had a careful roof brush and treatment. No tiles were harmed in this process. The new buyers were happy to proceed with the sale now being able to see exactly what the roof condition was underneath all the moss. Full pictures of frosted tiles, and areas of concerns were provided.
