Start to finish on this bespoke lean-to build 🔨

Constructed using a fully insulated timber frame system to create a genuine year-round usable space — built as an extension of the home, not a temporary add-on.

Externally finished with anthracite UPVC cladding, paired with anthracite windows and French doors for a clean, modern look and virtually zero maintenance long-term.

Polycarbonate roofing installed to maximise natural light while maintaining full weather protection, complete with guttering tied into the existing system.

Internally, fully timber clad to give a warm, high-quality finish ready for decoration.

Built with longevity, usability and attention to detail throughout — a proper upgrade to the property.
