We’re quite often called upon to re-roof or fully replace conservatories that are reaching a grand old age — 20, even 30 years.

I suspect this little timber one was even older when it finally gave way… unfortunately (or fortunately?) whilst the homeowners were away on holiday.

Thankfully, we were able to step in quickly to make it safe, and then carry out a full replacement.

Funny how things go in circles…

Although our owner lives in Cobham, we’d actually found ourselves travelling further afield for quite a while. Since relocating to Feltham, we’ve naturally started working around Surrey again — a little unexpected, but lovely to be back.

This was a lovely transformation…

The original front gable felt quite dominant, but with a more considered roof design, the conservatory now looks far more balanced and in proportion with the home.
