Full ensuite installation complete in Brandon over the last couple of weeks. 🛁

This room began as a simple storage room that was built as part of extension 8 years ago, with the incentive to have it turned into an ensuite at some point, and that day finally come around!

Firstly we had to run hot & cold feeds, as well as radiator feeds to the new ensuite from the pipework in the original house loft. Once this was complete, we then had to install the new drainage inside for the toilet, basin & shower. We then dug up the driveway and connected in the new drainage pipes to the existing drains. Finally, we then installed the shower panels along with the full ensuite.

Job completed in Feltwell last week 🛠️

We ripped down the old rotten wooden fascias & soffits, replaced them with new white upvc fascias & soffits, and installed new guttering. We also installed spotlights in the soffit down the entrance side of the property!

Conservatory renovation completed in Lakenheath recently 🛠️

This job consisted of:-
- removing the old French doors that separated the main house and the conservatory.
- Removed the old roof felt & boards.
- Cut into the roof to allow for a roof lantern & supplied & fitted a 1200 x 1200mm korniche roof lantern.
- Put new osb sheets on the roof along with a new rubber roof covering completed by SGK Roofing.
- Supplied & fitted a new radiator along with relevant pipework.
- Plasterboarded the brickwork that was on show & had it plastered, completed by Neil Mayes.
- Latexed the floor & supplied & installed karndean flooring.
- Then to finish it off we redecorated it with the same colour to match the house.

Another job completed last week in thetford 🛠️

We removed the old rear garage door, built framework in the opening to allow for a new door opening. Supplied & fitted a new upvc door with matching upvc cladding for the outside, and then plasterboarded & plastered the inside. Swipe for before ➡️

Recent bathroom renovation completed in thetford 🛁

We installed all of the customers own bathroom suite, shower panels & fixings. We then had the rest of the roof and the ceiling replastered, as well as new spotlights & extractor fan fitted. Customer then painted the bathroom themselves. Swipe for before ➡️

After a lovely week away on holiday spending some much needed quality time with my family, we are now back to reality!

Here’s a couple of pictures of the last job we finished in thetford before my time off! Swipe for before ➡️

- Stripping out the old downstairs w/c
- Chasing all pipes into the wall to keep them concealed
- Fitted new flooring supplied by the customer
- Supplied & installed boxing & tongue groove panelling to conceal the toilet cistern
- Fitted a new corner basin, toilet & radiator supplied by the customer.

Customer organised their own plasterer & decided to do the decorating themselves.
