We handed the keys over for this art studio today. It’s been hot!!!!!!
Everyone pleased with the result. Double sliding doors so it doesn’t impose on the decking. The outside lights in the overhanging soffit are remote controlled so can be turned on from the house or garden when required.
Now they will decorate and make it their own.
Another fun one in the sun.

This week we’ve been back out digging in the sun and creating a blank canvas to build this artists studio. Concrete poured and materials ready to start Monday.

Another multipurpose room nearly finished, just needs some paint and final electrics. This one has a shed on the end and the main room is insulated with plastered ceiling but ply wood walls. It will be used as a store/workshop but built with a change of use in mind for the future. So much easier when the sun shines!!!!

Well 4 weeks of constant rain, we didn’t quite get the “Toblerone” finished before Christmas but a couple of icy days this week and phase one is done.
This building uses the full potential of the space available, however creating a triangular room does create various challenges but that is what we like and the point of creating something bespoke. Now they can get a feel for the space there will be some follow up jobs to get the room exactly as they want it, so we will be back to finish the whole project.

We found a window last week between freezing temperatures and just before the relentless rain to pour the concrete on this job which we were preparing while paint dried on the last job. A mostly dry day yesterday and we are pressing on with a triangular office built to fit the space available which was previously home to lots of chickens!!!

Another Individual room created, this time from the garage space to be used as a part time office and dance studio.
We had to play by the rules on this one so again took care of all the drawings, planning and building regs, bloody great service.
Expert brick work by all electrical work signed off and certified by making everything smooth on the inside and adding ventilation to the roof.
A great team who we have known for up to 30 years and worked together on many projects over many years.
