We’ve been back for a repeat customer to demolish a property in Avon castle to make way for a new development.

With the price of materials always a big part in any development the customer decided to recycling the majority of hardcore and had us crush it on site to provide them with base material for new over sites and drive ways ect .

As always our lads kept customer happy by completing this in good time on budget and handed site back in a clean tidy condition ready for the next trades

Check out this Cracking project we were awarded in Somerset.

Demolition on this project started back in February with the removal of hundreds of tons of old chicken cages and steel framed floors followed by the strip off of all internal cladding and removal of insulation.
Once all the old was out it was time to start installing the new steels ready for the new ring beams to go in to support the new floors.
Floor alterations were also required with a whole new concrete floor overlaid and some excavation, shuttering and concreting to accommodate the new dung removal system which will be installed.

Works continue and hopefully completion will be late this year

Weather is on the change and the ground is drying up nicely so time to get the 💩 spread. We have a pair of 18ton rear discharge spreaders available for hire, also telehandler and various size excavators for loading or cleaning out sheds , we can provide full service or just help out either we are happy to “muck” in 💪🏼

Recently completed project we carried out for a regular customer.

This industrial building was taken down a few years ago and we were tasked with the job of putting it back up and repurposing it with new roof and side cladding, concrete panel walls and a new reinforced concrete floor.

Something a bit different that we have demolished and removed for a new customer in Romsey ,couple of pre-fab garages and 3 old railway carriages that had been put in place and lived in since the mid 1940’s. The Job was monitored by by a local ecology firm to safe guard any amphibians or reptiles that may of been hiding on site , job was completed in good time and site left tidy ready for the foundations of the new property to commence

The boys had nice few days in North Dorset out of the elements digging out old kitchen floor, reducing levels and re concreting to gain some head room and install a proper insulated floor in this country house . (Thanks to Andrew Hopkins Concrete ltd for supplying aggregates and concrete)
Upon removing the old floor we came across an old well which measured 40ft down to the water , customer has decided to have lights fitted in it and a glass top put over it at floor level 💡 🕳️ 👌🏼

Access was limited and none of our own plant would fit so we hired in some small machinery to get the job done , thanks to Hire Access Platforms Ltd for sorting us out 👍🏼

Look forward to returning in few months to do outside works and see how the kitchen is coming on

Made the most of the last bit of the autumn sun whilst carry out a fence replacement on this 60m X 20m horse arena , the old fence had served well over the last 20+ years but was now showing its age so we replaced it with creosoted timber posts, kick boards and rails a long with surface reinstatement and a quick tidy up of external banks.

A jump across the border to put up a new agricultural building for a customer in Somerset, tight lanes and low bridges into the village made this one a challenge to get our digger to site but once we got there all was plane sailing and everyone was pleased with the finished job.
