Current decking and joist frame completely rotten. So this one was built to last👍

•framework joist hung (after photos taken)
•All new posts concreted in with DMP wrap
•DPM decking tape on joists to prevent rot
•little countertop made for customer to work on
•new decking finished with a clear wood preserver

✅All steps taken for this to last as long as possible
