Another roofing project wrapped up by our specialist team.

Full roof stripped, new breathable membrane and treated battens installed, with the existing tiles carefully reinstated to retain the original character of the property.

We also installed new dry ridge and dry verge systems, replaced damaged tiles and renewed the necessary leadwork and weathering details.

A big roof with multiple elevations, hips and junctions, but a really tidy finish and most importantly, fully weather tight and ready for many more years.

Garage Conversion Handover 🏡

Here’s the finished result of another garage conversion, but this one is a little different.

To comply with planning requirements, we’ve retained the garage frontage and installed a removable insulated winter plug, allowing the space to remain practical while keeping the external appearance of a garage.

A lot of people assume a room like this can’t be warm without insulating the floor. In reality, with the walls and roof fully insulated and the floor professionally sealed, the room performs far better than many expect.

Another high end garden transformation completed in Church Crookham.

While we’re now predominantly a building company, it’s always great to get back to our roots and complete a handful of high end garden transformations each spring.

This one features a beautiful porcelain patio, fresh turf and a complete makeover, just in time for our clients to enjoy throughout the summer.

Double garage conversion started today 🔨

Creating a new ancillary gym/storage space while still retaining a usable garage bay for parking and storage.

Studwork and internal divide wall now underway and taking shape nicely.

Next stage:
• Insulation
• Floating floor system
• OSB boarding

Then onto first fix electrics and boarding.
