Chimney removal.
We took the chimney down into the loft space and made good the roof for some lovely new customers in Guildford.

Outside chimney repair and repaint for some lovely returning customers in church crookham.

This chimney had a dangerous structural crack running down the right side, we hacked out the crack, resined in Structual bars after propping the chimney back into place, repointed the capping slabs and hearth slabs, rendered and repainted.

Over boarded landing ceiling to save the mess taking down old lathe and plaster ceiling, part reskim of hall and full reskim of stairway and landing.

Wall repair for a lovely new customer in crookham village. Took down top of pier that was loose and rebuilt a new one. Removed all bricks on top corse, cleaned up old bricks and replaced broken ones, re pointed and flaunched. Also added Structual bars in a couple of places to stabilise the wall.

This garden had a problem with drainage in the top half, so we dug it out, put in limestone, top soil and then re turfed. A nice job for some lovely returning customers in Guildford.

New utility room for some lovely new customers in fleet. Floor to ceiling units for extra storage, pantry units with internal draws and wine racks and custom built dog bed and pull out worktop.
