Wrays Building & Joinery are able to provide a fully comprehensive design to finish service to cater to the client needs. The Wrays are led by Mark and Karl Wray who are accredited with Federation of Master Builders (FMB), City & Guilds and hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This means that any work undertaken by the Wrays will be fully insured. Scaffolding is now completely down, all windows are installed, and the internal plastering is well underway! 👏

The new aluminium textured-coated flush windows add a sleek, modern finish, complementing the beautiful brickwork, striking black rooflines and contemporary design perfectly. 🧱🪟

The house is really starting to take shape, and it’s great to see this project progressing as we move towards the finishing stages!

Scaffold is coming DOWN! 🙌🔥
What a difference it makes — the house is really starting to come together now! The brickwork, roofline and front elevation are all on show, and it’s looking great.

Still plenty to do inside, but another big milestone ticked off! 💪🔨

Another project coming together nicely! 🏡✨

We’re making great progress on this full home transformation, including a dormer loft conversion, wrap-around extension, and a complete garden makeover.

The modern black-clad dormer, spacious open-plan extension with large sliding doors, and contemporary landscaped garden are all taking shape beautifully. It’s fantastic to see the vision becoming a reality.

Just a few finishing touches to go, and this home will be completely transformed.

🏗️ New Build Progress Update – Roof Structure Taking Shape! 🏡

Great progress on site this week as the roof structure starts to come together on this fantastic new build project.

The timber roof framework is now being installed, with the main steelwork already in place to support the large central opening and vaulted areas. You can really start to appreciate the scale and design of the property from these aerial views.

Key milestones achieved:
✅ External walls completed
✅ Structural steelwork installed
✅ Roof trusses and rafters progressing well
✅ Central roof structure taking shape
✅ Ready for the next phase of roofing works

Once the roof is fully formed and weather-tight, we'll move on to external finishes and internal first-fix works.

It's always exciting when a project reaches this stage, as the vision begins to become a reality. A huge credit to the team for their hard work and attention to detail.
