Upstairs had 4 new oak doors fitted along with new oak thresholds, stops, facings and skirting throughout lobby.

Downstairs had 3 new oak doors fitted along with oak thresholds,stops and facings the match existing oak skirtings.

Client opted to have the mouldings on the facings flipped inwards to match other facings in the property but still gives a clean look throughout.

While there the 2 small staircases were also prepped in ply ready for lvt to be fitted flowing down to match in with existing flooring.

For this project we done a full strip out of bathroom, cupboard and partition to form one larger kitchen area.

Upon stripping out we found the chipboard from the bathroom has sustained substantial damage so had no option but to replace.

Customer wanted to reuse old units as much as possible but due to switching layout we had to replace some end panels opting for a Matt black to match accents and worktops. And adding a feature wall with dark oak acoustic panelling

While there I also opened up under the stairs and panelled in the wall with acoustic panelling and closed off the old hall doorway at the other side of the living room to further add to space.

Just a new carpet to be fitted in the living room and sparky and plumber to tie off a few parts then that’s job 100%.

A couple smaller jobs completed alongside a bigger project we have ongoing. 🔨

New gate installed in elgin due to old gate getting to end of it’s time and starting to rot.

New flooring installed in a bedroom carried through into wardrobe finished with beading around skirting to save removal and repainting.

Small fenced enclosure to take your eyes of an oil tank in Burghead. Accompanied with a small gate so access is kept for refilling.

Was a tight squeeze getting posts dug out accompanied with managing to aim 3 posts into where an old fence had been in a past life before the wall. Nevertheless got through the old concrete and customer pleased with final result.

Oak clad section of staircase for a returning client to bring together existing oak panelling and finishings, just to wait for glass install and a coat of varnish to fully finish the look.

Also while I was in I added the final touches on the new downstairs bathroom I installed earlier in the year.

Bathroom ended but being the full works back to bare walls before being reframed, insulated and plasterboard. Then getting tongue and groove wetwall paired with black trim to match new fittings / towel rail.
Finished in same oak skirting and facing to match rest of property

Recently completed job in Dufftown

Dado and beaded panelling throughout the house paired with 3 fresh doors downstairs to finish the look.

Wee bit of thinking needed for this one due to slope of ceiling but glad with the final result.
