Garage roof re pitched in sandgate today ready for DWPC roofing to install a 3 layer torch on felt system next week.

This is our most recent project finished just in time for the customers daughter to move in over the Christmas period.

We took down an old double garage and built a custom studio flat to out customers design completed with a warm roof system.

The studio has a living room, bedroom and its own kitchen and bathroom.

The roof was installed by DWPC roofing .

The boiler and heating system was installed by Karl little plumbing and heating.

All built to building control regulations.
