Job we did last year due to a storm, all existing artificial coping stones blew off, so we installed new osb ply due to being rotten from rain, installed a new dpm membrane, re instated coping stones using super strong power grab and bond (2 Tubes per stone), also installed coping stone dowels too. What we got up to today👌🏽 removed all existing leadwork due to being poorly installed and still causing water leak and ingress around chimney, installed brand new leadwork all around chimney inclusing welded front apron and back apron. Cladding job carried out in recent weeks, stripped off old green plain tiles, Felted with breathable membrane and counter battened with treated 25x50 battens, installed new smooth arctic white hardie plank cladding boards. Shout out to Ross Kingsbury and Tony Syrett for doing the cladding boards for us.

What we got up to yesterday, installed a lead plant underneath the existing lead under window due to water running back on itself into the property, removed old cladding due to holes and a few cracks, removed old lead due to being in one long 2.5m piece, installed new code 4 lead flashing up side of dormer, installed breather membrane, installed new cladding back to side of dormer👌🏽 All in a days work 🤟🏼 And a nice review from customer to match 👍🏽 Get in touch for free quotation and advice 🤟🏼

What we got up to today 👍🏽 stripped off all old render and leadwork, due to being blown and wrong code of lead, reinstated new stainless steel beads all over wall, installed new code 4 lead flashing, applied brand new render.
