Sensory Garden Helping Children to Blossom at Radbrook Primary School

A sensory garden filled with flowers, vegetables and calming spaces is helping children at Radbrook Primary School grow in confidence, teamwork and wellbeing.

Created with SEND pupils in mind, the garden has become a powerful learning environment — and now it’s receiving support from Shrewsbury Julia Buckley MP and local sustainability business Carbon Earth, who donated eco-friendly compost to help the space flourish.

The school is still looking for donations of pots, tools and plants to help the garden continue to grow 🌼

One of our Directors, Rachel, was delighted to head over to Radbrook Primary School last week to meet with Julia Buckley MP. The school has developed a beautiful SEN garden for its students and Carbon Earth Limited - Compost Sales was delighted to donate its Pas100 for the wonderful cause.

Rachel said; "The garden will offer a therapeutic, sensory-rich outdoor space for children to enjoy and we are very proud to be part of such a meaningful project."
