Our organisation is currently searching for a full time administator for our very busy estimating and buying department based in Forfar.
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual who enjoys handling all aspects of administrative work and able to work to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be focused and capable of working independently and is also as a team player who can work well with others.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and preferably have a knowledge of Pegasus Opera or similar accounting package.
Responsibilities:
Updating spreadsheets
Ordering goods and chasing late deliveries
Assisting in the estimating department.
