Some recently completed strip and re-slates.

First one was stripped, all ready to go, all code 5 lead flashings with new Spanish slate finished off with new black zinc ridges.

Second roof we stripped the old scotch slates, replaced sarking where needed, installed new code 5 lead flashings, 14 inch zinc valleys, re-slated the roof with second hand Welsh slates and re-used the clay ridges.

2 types of flat roofing systems we use are Sika Single Ply membrane and Restec 2020 GRP system.

Some unique flat roofs that we have recently completed.
All roofs have a vapour control layer, 150mm insulation with Sika mechanically fixed membrane installed which has a 20 Year manufacturers guarantee.
